MyStaffBox.com (Us, We, Our, My Staff Box) maintains the following return policy on the subscription boxes it sells on its website (www.mystaffbox.com) (the “Website”) of consumer products (collectively, the “Products”). These Products are sold via a quarterly or biannual subscription or as a gift as more fully described in the Terms of Service posted on the Website.
If you are not satisfied with a subscription (excluding gifts) of Products and would like to return an entire box (as opposed to a portion of a box), you may contact us at [email protected]. If we approve the return, we will send you instructions to return the Products to us with you bearing the costs of shipping and we will provide you a credit (less the cost of shipping incurred when the Products were originally delivered by us) in the same form as the original payment. You must return the entire box of Products within fifteen (15) days of delivery in order to qualify for a full refund (less shipping costs) and the individual Products must be unopened and unused for us to approve any such return. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
If a Product is defective or if you are not fully satisfied with any Product, you may return it within fifteen (15) days of receipt and we will send you a new item in your next subscription box after your return has been processed. Please follow the instructions below. After we receive item number 4 set forth below (for damaged items), we will determine, in our sole discretion, if the Product shall be replaced with a new Product in the next shipment.
Products will only be returnable if the seal is intact and has not been broken in any manner. These Products must be unopened in order for us to accept any returns or exchanges. Any requested return of such Products must be within the same manner set forth below for returns of entire boxes of Products.
For gifts, we allow gift recipients to exchange individual items in the gifted box which are damaged, defective or in which the gift recipient is not fully satisfied, however, Products may only be exchanged if the seal is intact and has not been broken. All approved exchanges will be replaced with a like Product (if available) and will be shipped or will be shipped within 30 days of your return being completed. No credit card refunds will be available for exchanges of gift Products. All exchanges must be made in the manner set forth below.
Here are the basic steps to follow when returning or exchanging any Products:
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by us to ensure that the conditions of return or exchange have been met. If an item is no longer in stock, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar or like item.
This Return and Refund Policy is subject to the provisions set forth in the Terms of Service posted on the Website. In the event that there is a conflict between this Return and Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will prevail.
